Our fund-accounting company (we have many, many grants with separate budgets) has been looking for a "Budget Checking" program to use at the point of creating a Purchase Order. At this point it could display the total of actual year-to-date expenses plus pending PO commitments with the budgeted annual expenses for the related fiscal year. The eRequestor program apparently has an integrated "Budget Checking" module.
