7 characters is too short for us. We use the PO# which is 6 characters for our Work Order number, but in many cases such as when using sub assemblies, we need to add a suffix which might add 2 to 3 characters. Of course this is not possible with the way sage is set up now (allowing only 7 characters). It would be great if Sage could add at least 2 more characters to the Work Order Number Field.
