Add ability to calculate total number of employees on payroll tax forms on a monthly basis instead of quarterly

All quarterly reports for state require this in NC and VA. Really need to comply.
This is a mandatory requirement for State forms including Texas and appeared to work properly for the 3rd quarter 2018 filing. Something must have changed in an update. If this is a requirement for state forms, the software should provide the information correctly. It might be okay to manually key information for a few companies but when working with over 200 companies you expect some help from your software.
