Add a phone number to Sales Order Entry. It currently pulls from Customer Maintenance but most of the time the person you are speaking with gives you their cell number to call back to.

Another request along the same lines is bringing in the phone number from the Ship-To address and make it available to print on the sales order/picking sheets. This is the destination phone number and would be valuable to couriers and shippers to make appointments for delivery.

This feature is planned for the 2025 Release, scheduled in April 2025.
The customer phone number will be added to the following tasks:
- Sales Order Entry
- S/O Invoice Data Entry
- Sales Order and Quote History Inquiry
- A/R Invoice History Inquiry for Sales Order Invoices
It will bring in the phone number for the Ship-To Address, or if there is no Ship-To Address, it will bring in the number for the customer.
The phone number will be added to the worktables, and can be added to the form through the Crystal Reports Designer.
