For a non-profit company it is essential to have multiple p/r departments, due to the fact of the number of grants received during the year, and to be able to allocate de % of p/r will be usefull to be able to have 3 to 4 spaces to enter the p/r departments, having only 2, I need to juggling the numbers and or letters.
