Ability to retain employee constant data during year end processing when they are set as terminated status. Historical reports are needed for all employees, regardless of their status.
Save employee constant data in PR_22, PR_23 and PR_40 data files.
**MISSING** prints on eFiling reports and forms for terminated employees when year end has been processed.
Add the ability to select terminated employees on the Perpetual History Report. Currently, this option is not available.
POSSIBLE WORKAROUNDS:
- Use the employee status of "Inactive" instead of "Terminated" before processing year end in Payroll
-Make a copy company before processing year end, so tax forms and historical reports can be run from the copy company
