We would like to be able to customize this screen with the Customizer. We'd like the ability to make the following modifications: Extend the length of the Vendor Name field so we can see the full vendor name. We would also like to add user defined fields or other existing fields in the database to this list so we can improve or customize the selection criteria functionality.

You can extend the Vendor name field, but when you open the form again, it reverts back to original short width. It should stick to the widened width when you reopen the form.
