Give users the ability to either copy & paste or upload from excel into the General Journal Entry - Lines section. This eliminates a great deal of repetitive data entry.

  • I used JD Edwards accounting software years ago that had the ability to copy and paste tables to/from spreadsheets. You could copy a 100 line journal entry into excel, quickly edit, sort, etc. and paste it back into the programs. Even create new entries by copying and pasting. Saves hours of data input and editing. All tables in Sage should have this ability.
