After assigning a security role to a user, if you select the wrong one or the user's role changes you can't edit, you have to Delete & re-enter. If you have a user with 3 roles in 10 companies, you have to manually enter 30 security lines. It would be nice to have a copy feature to copy all the security roles in one company to another company when you don't want grant access to All companies.

In the 2021 Release, you now have the ability to Remove Users from a Role from Role Maintenance which may make it a little easier. Please note that removing the user from the role will also remove all assigned companies. If you need to remove specific companies, you will still need to do this in User Maintenance.
