When entering a new Vendor, the pop-up "Is this a new vendor?" should include the name of the vendor so you can know if you have entered the right vendor number.

??? If it's asking you if this is a new vendor, that means the vendor does not exist in the database. So how can you display the name of a vendor that does not currently exist?
