When entering items into the RMA Entry window, have at the bottom, a total of everything that was entered including, total quantity of claim returned parts, total claim returned price. As of now, the people entering the RMA have to count all the lines and add the price to verify everything is correct. The information is already there, make it easy.

Same with RMA Receipts Entry.

  • This is basic functionality that is in every other module. suprised to see that they dont already have this built. Really makes me want to change ERPs when basic funcionality doesnt exist

  • This has been a struggle for us as well. If the restock fee is a factor, they could just put two totals at the bottom.
