Currently, if you can modify something you can delete it, and those should be two completely different levels of security. There is no audit trail to show who deletes the item.

In Role Maintenance, you can give View and Modify and take the Remove privilege away.
Audit Tracking for Sales Orders and Purchase Orders was added in the 2025 Release. All changes, additions and deletions will be tracked.
