For all Registers and journals and even reports, paperless office lets you force the reports. For some reason...forms are done differently. It has been left up to the creator of the document to decide if a PDF is made for those forms. Most companies want a copy of PO and SO documents. If the creator forgets to select PDF/ALL then there will be no electronic record. I suggest making paperless office have a way to "force" the form to make a pdf copy
