Currently Restocking fees are only calculated on the RMA when the customer action = Credit. We want to charge restocking fees on customer action = Replacement. It can be manually added, but we want the system to calculate. Not sure the business logic why this would not work on the RMA credit for replacement. Scenario: Customer orders wrong item, we are going to send replacement SO for new item. Credit customer when they return old item, charge restocking fee to take back original item.
