I'm sure we've all experienced the situation where you send out a statement and the customer immediately replies with a request for one of the invoices/credits that make up the amount outstanding. It would be great that if statements are printed the invoices are printed as well for mailing, and when you send statements by e-mail that the invoices are also attached in the same e-mail.

I used to print out a month's worth of invoices using Invoice History Printing when I printed the statements, and now I just hit "Print/PDF or Electronically Deliver" when I update each batch. I then keep the printed invoices in a folder and sort them out by customer after the statements are printed. We only have a couple of customers who prefer their invoices emailed as they accrue instead of getting them all at the end of the month.
