On the offer of coverage/ emp cost of min essential plan/ safe harbor ACA employee data, it was wonderful to have the copy to remaining rows functionality. Especially for large employers, it would be nice to have the ability in January of the new year to copy data from December of previous year.

Actually the button with the gear on it in the upper right hand corner of the screen does that already.
The gear copies down within the same reporting year, but does not copy to the new year.
