Sage 100: Create a function which allows for an Administrative election to not change a PO Due Date once its been entered; add a field for "Revised Due Date"

In order to accurately track On Time Delivery of suppliers, it would be beneficial to "Lock" the PO Due Date when the PO is created; add a field for "Revised PO Due Date" this would allow Purchasing to add a new date if the supplier revises while still keeping the original commitment date for OTD Tracking
