Total employee count field is not available in the Other Members window in ACA Employer Maintenance

This is currently working as designed. The total employee count field that is required in the ACA preparer for each Aggregate Group member does not populate into the 1094-C form, the employee counts are used for the IRS requirement for them to be sorted in descending order. An enhancement request has been submitted to engineering for them to review and possibly consider this enhancement be included in a future release of Sage 100.
