Once you've added a single budget figure to a GL Budget code, it can never be removed. The program does not allow you to delete a GL Budget code that has any activity on it. You should be able to remove a GL Budget code and have the program automatically delete all activity associated with that Budget code. We don't want to have to wade through GL budgets for 10 years in the past looking for the recent Budget codes that we want to use.
