I am told that Sage does not support either Windows 10 or the use of a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet. I recently switch to a Surface Pro tablet as my desktop (for ease of travel). Now I get logged out of Sage if I am away for more than one hour, no matter what settings I use (I have administrator rights). Annoying to have to login several times each day. Sage support does not even have access to a Surface Pro tablet to try to re-create this issue. Really? No one in your company owns a Surface tablet? Sage needs to get with the technological times and keep up with the industry.

  • We have several windows 10 workstations that are working well Sage100 V2016. I have a Surface 3 Pro running Windows 10 and Sage works fine on that as well. I don't know what is causing your problems but with V2016 it certainly can work.
