In 4.50 (and possibly earlier), we could save Report Export Options in custom Crystal Reports and MAS90/200 would recognize those saved/default options when generating and exporting the report from the Custom Reports menu. With Crystal 2011 and testing in both 2014-2016, run-time Crystal appears to ignore these saved options when the user runs the custom reports from the Sage menu. They can only be seen when running the report from full Crystal. Being able to run the report from Sage with the saved options would help tremendously with complex report needs that financial institutions require, allowing the user to quickly export data without needing an entire set of man-made instructions every time they run the export.
