It would be wonderful and efficient to be able to access SO Entry from Customer Maintenance. As a manufacturer, many times we are reviewing reports sent by our customers looking for status on their orders. To date, the easiest is to access Customer Maintenance and then the SO tab. When we have skipped an order, we have to go back to SO Entry. If there was a link in AR Customer Maintenance, we could click it and have the SO screen autopopulate with the customer information. Repeat as necessary for the customer.
In fact, it would be great to also be able to issue a credit/debit from the customer accout.
