Reason for this request: "Preview" implies that you can preview a register then print and post. But the fact is that when you use Preview you cannot go back to print and you cannot print to Paperless Office. The whole function of print Preview is counter intuitive to what it implies. Please fix this as soon as possible. Should be an easy fix to at least add the ability to disable the Preview option from appearing.

There is already an option in role maintenance that controls this. It's on the Security Events tab. Under each module that has any journals or registers there's an option titled 'Allow Updating of Journals from Preview'. No one should have that selected except perhaps an administrator. That way you can just preview a register and verify your data entry without having to print or generate a Paperless document for it yet, then move forward when you've verified everything.
Why even allow journals to be updated in Preview at all? We're told over and over that to generate the paperless document you have to use Print. The flow should be Preview to make sure your entry will be correct. Then Print to do the final posting which would generate the paperless document.
