When processing Payroll Direct Deposit, the direct deposit service should offer visibility via a portal for the in progress direct deposit service records. Visibility should include the read only configuration for the employer record in order to verify setup is accurately completed, as well as, read only status of direct deposit records processed that are pending transmission (verifying receipt, in progress, complete, etc.). If I were to make a comparison for this idea, this would be similar to virtual terminal for creditcard processing. This feature would allow the end user visibility of transactions occurring outside of Sage 100 to determine if any problems may have occurred with the records transmitted to the direct deposit service.
