Right now in Sage 100c, it shows the Tasks based on your ROLE.
When the Distribution Bundle is activated, there is no way to hide PO and SO modules if you have access to AP and AR. The logic should be changed. There should be a way to hide these modules completely if you do not have access to them. I understand that PO has some AP tasks, but if you do not have access to PO, it should hide it completely. If you need to process those AP tasks that should be hidden, they should be processed in the module that you have access to.
This would make the navigator easier since there would be less clutter on the screen.

Available in the 2021 Release - A new Role/User Inquiry task has been added to the new Security menu. This inquiry allows you to view security by user, role, task or security option.
