Create a Report that lists the Vendor 1099 information, (including name, address, SSN#, and total amount earned) that can be used to verify the information prior to printing the 1099's. We print 100+ of the 1099 forms every year, and having to print the form, even on paper, is a waste of paper. If we can print the data in a report format and then verify it before we print the 1099's saves on paper, forms, and ink.
