The customer fax & email setup on the customer masterfile default to the Main tab of the Sales order, but the customer's phone number does not appear on the Sales order. I would expect to see the phone number so salesperson can confirm contact to customer and change as necessary. This should also be added to the Wrk files so that it can be printed on Quote, SO and Invoice.

The phone and fax are already in the Work files.
This feature is planned for the 2025 Release, scheduled in April 2025.
The customer phone number will be added to the following tasks:
- Sales Order Entry
- S/O Invoice Data Entry
- Sales Order and Quote History Inquiry
- A/R Invoice History Inquiry for Sales Order Invoices
It will bring in the phone number for the Ship-To Address, or if there is no Ship-To Address, it will bring in the number for the customer.
The phone number will be added to the worktables, and can be added to the form through the Crystal Reports Designer.
