Please add a security role for Sales order data entry on the Sales Rep field to either grant permission to change or not. When the SO is created, we do not want everyone to be able to change the Sales Rep value that came from Maintenance. This field should only be able to be changed by authorized users since it is used in calculating commissions. Anyone currently can create a sales order and change the rep to another, thus giving the sale to the changed user.

Kevin - work around is to use Custom Office to lock the field for certain users
