Add the ability to use paperless office employee email addresses for communications other than payroll stubs. It would be great to have the ability to email out notifications such as upcoming holiday schedules, training events, etc. using the already established email addresses.

We have a crystal report that pulls the email addresses and then I export that to excel and copy the addresses to a mass email whenever I need them. It's a work-around, but it works.
