Add a field called "Hidden" to the lines grid in Sales Order/Quote and Invoice. If the field is checked for that line then we can have it suppressed on the Crystal forms for Quotes, Sales Orders, Packing List, Pick Tickets and Invoices.
This will allow personnel to add internal notes which we do not want the customer to see. This will help when we add comments for internal use and avoid a situation when an employee forgets to delete the note before printing customer documents.

Use custom office to accomplish this. Have done this for clients many times.
