Sales & COGS Substitution are not occurring in SO Entry when you change the customer to a different division, and your option settings are set to segment substitute on customer division. This is especially problematic when integrated with CRM as you only have one prospect customer you can assign. When the prospect turns to a customer and you assign the real customer number to the quote, the Sales and COGS do not update and need to when the real customer is a different division and has a different segment value assigned in Division Maintenance.
