Reason being is, if repairing a given part, usually labor charges and parts charges need to be added. But the customer must agree to such prior to invoicing or payment. So a quote is used. At the moment, no quote can be done that ties directly to the RMA. This duplicates work. An easy fix would be to allow for a quote type sales order to be generated, keeping the RMA chain of transaction complete.
