• Perhaps what Anne is referring to is the Standard Msg being sent during the setup process. The statement, "Your password for viewing your direct deposit stubs is your Social Security number", is technically not correct for the password is SS# without the dashes. This is very confusing for people and is a constant call for clarification to the PR Dept. Please change the wording to be a true statement.
