Our users make use of quite a few abbreviations with variable fields to ensure compliance with e-billing standards required by our clients. These do not work in the e-center. Abbreviations are not expanded until the slip is saved which creates a multi step process for our users. This essentially makes entering slips from a small screen like a phone too cumbersome and creates a lot of clicks and edits on most slips. We are evaluating remote entry of slips on a month to month basis and this may be a deal breaker for us.
