When one does the year end processing in payroll, the ACA employee monthly details for the current year should be copied to the next year. The system should copy all the years and have a drop box to enable the user select the year and see all the relevant data for the selected year. One should not have to re-key all the data year after year. The data will change, however it is much easier to maintain the data (i.e. make necessary changes) than re-keying all data.
