There are numerous issues in the bank rec data entry screens when there are a large number of outstanding checks. The resolution offered by Sage is purge cleared transactions in bank rec. Even if we purge cleared transactions monthly there are still a lot of outstanding checks that cause this error. I don't understand why the bank rec grids have a limit on the number of records in a table. If the table can handle hundreds of thousands of records, the grid should also be able to handle hundreds of thousands of records.
