Pay now button for renewing annual client care - How about adding a "pay now button" when the 45 day warning message appears when Sage PR renewal is about to expire. In fact, add this functionality for all users when their Sage business care is up for renewal!! Clients would rather have this payment opportunity than their credit card being automatically billed. It gives them a sense of control.

Yep, Just received a call from an upset end user when their corporate credit card was "hit" for both the Payroll and the SAGE 100c subscription on the same day. Would have been less painful with advance warning or a "Pay it Now" button.
Of course this has to have appropriate security lock downs.
