Although the expiration date of an RMA is an indicator of whether an RMA should be processed, there should be a status option that allows the user to determine that the RMA will no longer be honored separately from the expiration date. In some cases or for significant customers, you may honor the RMA whenever they return the product. But in others you may want to adhere to a strict expiration policy. I'm requesting a Status option that allows users to identify an RMA complete.
