Really like using Public folders in My Tasks but public folders is not an option when using the Favorites UI. It is so much easier to manage and setup the public folders for common tasks that people do. Plus creating public folders with links to the most recent documents that are needed. Please allow Favorite folders to be private or public like it was for My Tasks folders.

Ability to add tasks and other items to the new Public Favorites group. These items are listed on the Favorites panel when you click Public Favorites, and they are available to all Sage 100 users. For Sage 100 tasks, access is based on the users' security setup.
