Our employees are use to looking at total hours for each week as this gives them a clue as to whether or not they are missing a punch or need to use LC hours to make up the difference. We are a medical clinic and LC (Low Census) is used a lot. They don't get paid for LC hours but they do still accrue benefits. Please add daily and weekly hours to the Employee punch in and punch out screen.

  • This missing piece on this is the hours recap window that would appear in 2017 and prior.

  • Our employees had been using this screen to see if they are making their 40 hours for the week. The employee current workaround is to punch out, then punch back in to see their hours, and then hit cancel. this wreaks havoc in our payroll dept who are constantly fixing these erroneous punches. Not sure why this was removed from the program.

  • This feature will be in the Sage 100 Payroll 2.20.2 release in Jun 2020
