Client just deleted some old deduction codes that hadn't been used for a while but were still present in history or on the deductions tabs even though they aren't currently in use. This causes an error #11 whent they access employee maintenance deduction tab. Then the deduction codes must be re-entered.

Need to make it so that if the codes are still present that you can't delete the code or give the ability to make a code "inactive" or "do not use".

  • Deleting Deduction Codes is checking history but we did find a situation where you could have the deduction code on the employee, never use it, and delete the deduction code. This could cause your Error 11 and will be fixed.
