Some states such as Virginia and Kentucky issue different company ID numbers for state witholding tax and state unemployment tax. Please add a field in company tax group setup to accomodate additional state tax ids and make sure it is mapped to Aatrix efiling.
As of Payroll Version 2.18.4, user is required to change the tax id in company tax group setup before running state tax reporting for any state that has different tax id numbers for different tax types.

New Mexico also issues separate numbers for Withholding and Unemployment.
This will be available with the 2.21.1 Version of Sage 100 Payroll coming in March 2021
