It would be nice if the sales order lines had a sequence number that never changed and stayed in the sales order detail history file and this field should also be in the invoice history detail file. This will aloow one to create a performance report of comparing when an item got ordered, promised to the customer and shipped. Currently there is no way to link the sales order history line to the invoice history lines. Many clients are looking for a performance report in calculating on time deliveries etc. Another easier way to update the invoice date on the sales order history detail file everytime the invoice batch is updated.
