Message is this "You cannot use phantom or engineering or inactive bill types".
Why would that be the case.
We make a bill inactive so that no one accidentally grabs the wrong bill for a production entry.
Does that in any way imply that we don't have that item in our inventory.
We do. We are not making it anymore but we have it in stock.

Be nice if we could use count cards for this item.

P.S. We would have this for multiple items so it really gets in the way.

We should not have to use Bill of Materials Maintenance to make it ACTIVE just so we can count it.
