Would like to have the ability to change an Order Type from Standard Order to Quote once items have been entered on the Lines tab.

yes because sometimes to much information has been entered to delete the order and retype.
Yes, I forget to change to quote and all the items are already typed, too much to delete.
PLEASE CHANGE it to allow this function! Sometimes you start typing order and forget to switch to quote and the only way to change the option is to delete and start over. That is a lot of wasted time for something that could literally be changed with the click of a button. Even it was added as an administrative feature that would only allow certain people to change it would be great!
Please allow this feature to be enabled as long as no purchase orders have been generated for the Sales Order.
You can accomplish this by accepting the order, and then using the Copy Order feature to copy the order into a Quote. You can then delete the order that was created erroneously.
Please allow this function!
