Sage 100: change Role maintenance PO module option "allow to increase cost in Receipt of Goods Entry and Receipt of Invoice Entry"

Please modify:

Receipt of goods Entry 4 checkboxes for COST: allow increase, allow decrease, allow zero, allow negative

increase currently blocks increase but not decrease; we need to block decrease and not allow zero or negative. Currently they can enter a negative cost.

if all unchecked then no change to cost is allowed in receipt of goods.
Checking the above boxes would allow as indicated.
