Report Selection grids allow for one or multiple choices to be entered. For Earnings Code, select Operand=Equal To, then in the Value column enter a comma separated list of earnings codes that you wish to print the report for.
Assuming we are talking about the same thing, it's still there in 2018 and 2019. From employee maintenance go to tab 5 Pay defaults. Check the box for multiple automatic earnings codes and then click the button for auto earnings and set up the codes you want.
Hi Steve P. Please enter multiple code values with a comma in-between and no space, i.e. 000001,000002,000003, and all will be included on the report.
