It should be impossible to add a record to PR_EmployeeDirectDeposit if employee key doesn't exist in PR_Employee. Right now Sage 2019 payroll allows to do so. Once the record for nonexisting employee is created it is impossible for user to delete it. DFDM utility has to be used to delete such orphaned record from PR_EmployeeDirectDeposit. Payroll with direct deposit will will not be processed without deletion such orphaned record from PR_EmployeeDirectDeposit. To resolve this for now I am using MS Access ODBC query to retrieve unmatched PR_EmployeeDirectDeposit records and deleting those entries manually.
