We have high turnover. Since terminated employees are no longer deleted off at year end, please put dates on the reports concerning employee mailing list, or employee listing. We send letters to terminated employees prior to doing w-2's to make sure we have a current address. I can't use the mailing labels because I have pages of employees that were terminated in prior years.
