Example, earning codes, deduction codes, etc. All code lists should have the option to make a code inactive.

Excellent idea!!! Was preparing to submit this idea. Client used an earnings code that was marked do not use and was not noticed until after the PR update. Now code is hanging in employee history until YE. I raised this issue two years ago at Sage reseller conference in San Diego.
